“The shorter the way, the fresher the vitamins. The closer the (mountain) farm, the better the taste,” that’s how chef Verena Ganzer describes her approach to cooking. She has already been responsible for the kitchen of the hotel’s own gourmet restaurant INSIDE since December 2018.

For several years, host family Ganzer invests time, energy as well as heart and soul into Naturhotel Outside. For the hosts, untouched nature is an unparalleled source of power, so they would like to actively participate in maintaining it the way it is.

- Sustainable material – pine wood, clay and leather
